At Studio Piita, we prepare each order with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (Peninsula): 2–5 business days
- Spain (Balearic & Canary Islands): 4–8 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over €60 within mainland Spain.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Studio Piita is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@studiopiita.com and we will do our best to help.
